APPOINTMENT POLICY

Walk-in clients are welcome. However, appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

FINANCIAL POLICY

All payments are due at the time services are rendered.  We extend credit in the form of Care Credit, a low-interest payment plan.  We also accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash.

PET RESTRAINT POLICY

For your safety, please allow our highly-trained staff to handle and restrain your pets during their examinations and other procedures.  Sorry, but we cannot allow pet owners to hold their own pets during exams.
